Revan Agarin

Revan is currently doing his trade course through Army, after which he will receive a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering.

Before becoming full time in the Australian Regular Army, Revan enlisted in the Army Reserve as a Warehouse co-ordinator. After serving for 5 years and two deployments overseas he chose to join full time, becoming a Royal Australian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (RAEME) Fitter Armourer.

The role of a Fitter Armourer is to help the defence capabilities by providing integral support out in field on exercises or deployments. Fitter Armourers main responsibility is to inspect and repair a wide range of military weapons. They also have the skills to machine mechanical components for repairing of small engines and general equipment.
